Our Audit and Corporate Services team is
headed by Andrew Blakey, Judith Summerfield and Nigel Clemit.

Andrew, Judith and Nigel have extensive knowledge and
experience on Audit, Company Law and Statutory Regulation. Through
them we are able to provide Company Secretarial and Registration
services.

Andrew's experience with Companies has led him into an
expertise in Corporation Tax and planning issues. He is also able
to assist with company reconstructions, mergers, acquisitions and
disposals.

As Registered Auditors we are authorised by the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales to carry out Audit work. We also
undertake compliance work for Companies Acts, Banks and others.
